Lisola was born from the inspiration of three talents: Federico de Majo of Zafferano, a Venetian entrepreneur; Ivano Veccia, a renowned pizzaiolo; and Nino Di Costanzo, chef of Daní Maison in Ischia. United by their passion for cuisine, they created a restaurant where tradition and innovation meet in perfect harmony, offering a truly unique gastronomic experience.

The cuisine maintains a Mediterranean and traditional character, built on the seasonality of ingredients sourced largely from Southern Italy. The menu includes dishes dedicated to the island, such as rabbit ravioli and Ischian-style rabbit, alongside the iconic creations of Nino Di Costanzo, including the Spaghettoni with Five Tomatoes.
At the pizzeria, Ischian native Ivano Veccia — a national point of reference — signs his famous signature pizzas, such as the “Lasagna Povera” and the “Pizzaiuolo” (his Provola and Pepper), without forgetting the fried pizza and the Roman-style pala.
